MODERN HOME ESTEPONA
We wanted to provide some feedback on our experience house hunting with Sam, seeing as it was such a positive one. My wife and I both felt that his positive and professional approach were instrumental in us deciding which property to purchase, to fulfil our dream of moving to Spain.
We felt that he helped honestly identify both the positives and negatives of each of the properties we viewed, and that’s rare. This allowed us to use the information when deciding which option provided us most of what we wanted. Normally agents only like to concentrate on the positive while brushing aside the disadvantages, while he was open and transparent in his assessment. We found his approach refreshing and it made us believe that it was not just about a sale for him, but genuinely about trying to find a home that we would be happy in, having taken all aspects into account. This really helped to build a trusted relationship.
He was extremely patient with us as we asked a phenomenal amount of questions to both him and the developers’ sales reps. Sam never showed any sign of frustration and always helped us get the answers we required from them. He also answered questions on the local area including amenities local to the properties and how the way of life is in the area which helped us get a feel for how things could be when we moved. On top of this he is extremely personable, approachable and friendly. He is genuinely a pleasure to deal with. Thanks again for all your help on our search and for providing us with such a positive experience. We look forward to dealing with him further in the future.

From our initial enquiry Jason Callow Homes have been nothing but professional, efficient, reliable and trustworthy. Jason himself has guided us through the process of buying our new home both openly and honestly and no question has been a dream agent to work with. We are almost at the end of the process and Jason is still working hard for us getting answers to our questions always in a friendly yet professional way and he is incredibly fast to respond.
We came across some other agents when we were first looking who we just did not believe were acting in our best interests.
