Our story – We have been present on the Costa del Sol since 2014 and are proud to call this luxury haven of property, sunshine, shopping, golf and eateries our home. During the past 10+ years the property market has constantly evolved and during recent years it has enjoyed a boom of clientele moving from far and wide to also call the Costa del Sol their home.
At Jason Callow Homes we have grown to enjoy a global client base with clients trusting our brand from Riyadh to Los Angeles spanning 13,327km, including 20+ countries in between. During 2024 our agency successfully applied for membership to the Leading Property Agents of Spain which further cements our real estate brokerage’s approach to being amongst the best most regulated in Spain. Our core ethos is to offer our clients the most transparent, professional and efficient purchasing experience on the Costa del Sol – Spain.

The organisation shares its properties, its accumulated experience and knowledge, and its code of ethics with members, peers and clients alike – with the clear and focused aim of raising service standards and promoting a culture of transparency, professionalism and efficiency.
The LPA was founded with a clear objective, namely to promote the on-going evolution of professional standards and service levels within the broader real estate industry of the Costa del Sol. This begins with bringing together those companies with the best reputations for service, results and code of conduct, and in so doing creating a quality brand that clients will recognise as a guarantee of expertise, accountability and peace of mind.
Through continued training, sharing of information and modernisation we aim to set new standards of excellence for the real estate sector in our region, with the LPA as a leading example of know-how and good practice. It is this mission, driven by a shared set of values and the desire to promote both service excellence to our clients and the interests of the Costa del Sol as a whole, that is bringing together a growing number of likeminded property professionals under the LPA banner.
